Sage Construction was founded in August of 1994 by a group of experienced construction industry professionals with the goal to provide personal, flexible, timely, high quality, and cost-effective construction management and development services.

As a project progresses, changes to the design specification can become more expensive and less feasible to implement. Our personal touch and decades of experience give us the intuition to anticipate conflicts between the plans, client expectations , and finished product and offer recommendations for change at the right stage of the project in order to maximize project flexibility.

We use only the best suppliers, sub-contractors, and designs for each project. By using only pre-qualified sub-contractors and suppliers, with established track records of quality and performance, we minimize many of the problems that can arise in any project. Because we establish and maintain strong personal relationships with our sub-contractors and suppliers they know our needs and expectations, ensuring consistently high quality.
