West Valley Center
A three-phase project, the West Valley Center required close collaboration with Sears to develop the site and design the building. Project planning took about two years. The actual construction took five months to complete.
Phase I of the project consisted of constructing the Sears Retail/Catalog anchor store. Phases II and III are slated for construction Spring 2003.
