Elms Business Park
Sage Construction acted as the land developer, designed the business park, and handled the development and construction for this project. The Elms began as a bare six acre parcel of land whose owner envisioned a community setting for medical professionals.
Sage worked with the original land owner to orchestrate a unique development concept that included a 1031 tax free exchange, complete site design and engineering, financing, construction of the site, and the addition of seven of the buildings for individual owners, lease to own tenants and lease tenants.
Today the project is complete and is home to eight separate medical buildings offering dental, chiropractic and rehabilitative therapy services.
