NNU Married Student Housing Project
The first major project Sage completed after we began in 1994 was to construct a new housing facility for the married students at Northwest Nazarene University.
The project was contracted as a negotiated cost plus project with a guaranteed maximum contract price. Although it was completed during one of Idaho's toughest winters, the project went well, and Sage Construction saved the owner substantially on the final cost.
