Design
We routinely work with a number of established architectural and engineering firms to develop projects from beginning to end. We work with design professionals we know we can trust. By being involved with the design process we avoid costly design issues by ensuring that the design is pragmatic, budget conscious, and quality oriented.
Land Development
Land development includes all parts of the site infrastructure such as water, sewer, phone, electrical, ingress, egress, etc.
Financing
Our flexible financing options can be customized to your specific needs. We have consistently offered innovative approaches to financing including the following: build to suit lease options, 1031 tax free exchanges, purchase options on leased facilities, and plans providing unique, long-term equity benefits to leasees that excercise purchase options.
